Talk:Lumen Celeritas
Naming order?[edit source]
Shouldn't it be "Celeritas Lumen"? Xyr name is in katakana, which means it's already in western name order. ― Tony64 (Talk/Con.) 17:44, 29 May 2015 (UTC)
- I'd put it as "Celeritas Lumen" when writing xyr full name, yes. It looks like "Lumen" is still used for short, though (since it's what's in the dialogue boxes and Music Room comments,) so you wouldn't have to change much besides the page title and stuff. Gilde (talk) 17:34, 18 June 2015 (UTC)
Minor nitpicks[edit source]
Here, it says "However, the name is has been (sic) confirmed to actually be in Japanese naming order, which JynX states it's (sic) 'inherently weird'", as if implying the weirdness is in the naming order when in truth, JynX meant to say the name itself is weird. Thus, I'd like to propose that the part about the "inherent weirdness" be taken out of that paragraph, as it only reflects upon JynX's opinion on the name. --Popfan (talk) 16:08, 5 July 2015 (UTC)
- Whenever you feel that something is incorrect, then by all means change it. :) Even then, any opinion JynX has stated is still usable. ― Tony64 (Talk/Con.) 17:58, 5 July 2015 (UTC)
EMS: Lumen's theme[edit source]
This has been brought over from Talk:Len'en Wiki because I felt that this discussion was out-of-place there. JynX has confirmed in this interview that the right translation is "Prismic Accelerator".
It seems generally accepted that the アクセル in プリスミックアクセル is translated as "Axel". But if you ask me, that doesn't make a lick of sense unless we're talking about figure skating. アクセル also seems to be the short form of アクセレレーター (accelerator). Now, I suppose I could just ask JynX which one it is, but another part of me feels like sparking a discussion about it. So do let me know if you think it's "Prismic Axel" or "Prismic Accelerator". --Popfan (talk) 22:52, 26 June 2015 (UTC)
